4.1 – PRODUCT IMAGES AND DESCRIPTIONS
All product images and descriptions made available on our Website are believed to be accurate, however colors and resolution may vary depending on your monitor’s display. All measurements and weights are approximate.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

The price of the products shown on the Website, delivery charges and applicable taxes are shown in the selected currency. Delivery charges will be added to the price of the products and will be indicated in your local currency, separately on the order form during the check-out process.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We have done our best to make sure that the prices on our website and communication are error-free, however errors might occur. In case your order (the "Order") has an error in the price please follow the below steps:
- If the Order has already been processed, then at our discretion, we will cancel the Order (or part thereof), send you the steps to arrange the collection of the items and refund the full amount of the mis-priced items including any delivery or duty fees (if applicable);
1. if the price you paid is higher than the actual price of the item, we will process a refund of the price difference; or
2. if the price paid is lower than the actual price of the item, we will cover the difference - If the Order has not yet been processed, we will inform you about the miscommunication and correct the price. You can then decide whether you want to continue with the Order (or part thereof) or cancel it and receive a refund of the full amount.

Discount codes are valid only in accordance with their terms, until the date stated, can be used only once, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, sale or promotion. 8.1 - CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
The details on the credit/debit card used to make the payment must match the exact ID information of the cardholder as held by the issuer. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it.
No credit/debit cards’ details will be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third-parties except by our online payment gateway service providers (Stripe and Checkout). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.
Your card number will be protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). SSL is a security technology that encrypts your card details and provides a secure connection between Internet browsers and websites, allowing you to transmit private data online. We take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence, fraud or willful misconduct on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third-party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

SECTION 9 – DELIVERY
We offer free shipping worldwide depending on your cart value. The order value thresholds and delivery charges are summarized in the table below.
For customers in Dubai, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 1 pm and next day delivery for orders placed after 1 pm local time. For customers in other emirates the delivery is arranged the next day.
For customers in the GCC countries our deliveries are: 1-2 days subject to custom clearance.
For international we offer express delivery: 2-3 days subject to custom clearance.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL)
- Customs/import duties are applied to the majority of shipments once the package arrives in its destination country. Charges may vary from one country to another.
- We regret that we have no control over these charges, and you will be liable for them once your package arrives in your country.
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once charged. We will have to subtract that fee from your refund if you refuse delivery, as the courier would already have paid the charge on your behalf.
- Our courier partner may request to you present certain documents (e.g., National ID, Tax ID, or NOC letters) in order to complete and clear the customs department's requirements.
To avoid any inconvenience, it is important to be familiar with these common customs procedures before placing an order.
SECTION 10 – CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
10. 1 CANCELLATION
If you have an account, you can request for a cancellation or change from the “Orders & Returns” section under “My Account”. If you don’t have an account, please get in contact with us at support@tribe71.com. We will try to process the cancellation as quick as possible. In the case that the order is out for delivery you can request that the product is returned in accordance with SECTION 10.2 below.
10.2 RETURNS
We offer a free return policy which allows you to return delivered items to us up to 14 days from the date you've received your order without any charge.
10. 2.1 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Most of our products are eligible for return. Items must be unworn, unused, in the original packaging with the tags still attached, for swimwear protective foil must be intact. Please note that the following items cannot be returned: socks, underwear, beauty products, water bottles and final sale items. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
10.2.2 DAMAGED ITEMS
If the product received is the wrong item or a damaged or defective product please get in contact with us. We will collect the order and re-deliver the correct or replacement product. Collection is free of charge.
Products are damaged or defective if they are received damaged or when a manufacturing fault occurs within two (2) weeks of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be damaged or defective.
10.2.3 REFUND PROCESS
You have 14 days from the date you’ve received your order to submit a return request.

When we receive the items we will evaluate and if approved, we will process your full or partial refund.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 30 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
If credit note is issued, upon customer request, the validity of such credit note is 1 (one) year from the issuance date.
Final Sale and Extra % on Sale products can only be exchanged free of charge within 14 days from the day you’ve received the order.
Final Sale and Extra % on Sale products are not refundable in cash.
10.2.4 PRICE MATCH & PRICE DIFFERENCE

At Tribe71, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the best experience, including the greatest price. Therefore, if you find the same product online at a lower price with one of our competitors*, we'll give you a promo code for the difference.
Price Match requirements:
- We only accept identical goods for price-match (brand, colour, size, and style variations are not acceptable)
- The item must be at full price for price-match (discounted, promotional, outlet, second hand and sale items are all excluded)
- At the moment of your claim, the item must be in stock on a competitor’s website*
- Price must be mentioned in the same currency, such as AED, SAR, OMR, KWD, BHD, AUD, etc. In case your item is not set to one of the mentioned currencies, we will price match following the below exchange rates**

- We can only process the price-match request after an item has been purchased from Tribe71.com and delivered to you. The price match must be claimed within 14 days of the order date. The price-match request cannot be processed prior to the item being delivered
- The shipping option on the competitor's website for the relevant item you wish to price match must be set to the same country as the Tribe71 delivery country and be located in the UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Australia, etc.
- We price match the value of the item as stated in the competitor's shopping cart after choosing the compatible delivery location, not the whole amount of an order

10.2.4.2 PRICE DIFFERENCE
- Your product is eligible for the discounted price if it is put on sale within 5 days of your purchase
- Please keep in mind that the item must be in the same size and color as the original purchase
- A promo code will be issued to cover the difference between the purchase price and the sale price; the promo code will be valid for 6 months only, exclusions apply
- Items on sale that have been further discounted are not eligible for Price Difference

- Once our Customer Care team has verified that your claim meets the aforementioned requirements, you will receive a promo code for the price difference. Promo code will be valid for 6 months only, exclusions apply.
An item will no longer be eligible for return once it has been price-matched or the price difference has been applied.
*When we refer to competitors, we mean any registered website that offers premium product lines and brand names that, in our opinion, are comparable to those offered by Tribe71.com. For the avoidance of doubt, websites that provide discounts, liquidations, auctions, outlet shopping, or closing-down deals are not considered as competitors.
