HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Please refer to the email confirmation sent to you. There you will find a tracking link for your order.

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I STILL MAKE CHANGES TO MY CART?

Cancelling an item is possible before the order is out for delivery. Please submit your cancellation to support@tribe71.com and we will process the cancellation as soon as possible. In the case that the order is out for delivery you can always return the items.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please send us an email to support@tribe71.com. We will try to process the cancellation as quickly as possible. In the case that the order is out for delivery you can always request to return your items.

I'VE RECEIVED THE WRONG/FAULTY ITEM OR AN INCOMPLETE ORDER. WHAT CAN I DO?

In the case of a wrong/faulty item or an incomplete order, please get in contact with us. We will collect the order and deliver the correct one. Collection is complementary.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES AND CHARGES?

We offer free shipping worldwide depending on your cart value. The order value thresholds and delivery charges are summarized in the table below.

For customers in Dubai, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 1 pm and next day delivery for orders placed after 1 pm local time. For customers in other emirates the delivery is arranged the next day.

For customers in the GCC countries our deliveries are: 1-2 days subject to custom clearance.

For international we offer express delivery: 2-3 days subject to custom clearance.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL)

  • Customs/import duties are applied to the majority of shipments once the package arrives in its destination country. Charges may vary from one country to another.
  • We regret that we have no control over these charges, and you will be liable for them once your package arrives in your country.
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once charged. We will have to subtract that fee from your refund if you refuse delivery, as the courier would already have paid the charge on your behalf.
  • Our courier partner may request to you present certain documents (e.g., National ID, Tax ID, or NOC letters) in order to complete and clear the customs department's requirements.

  • To avoid any inconvenience, it is important to be familiar with these common customs procedures before placing an order.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS OR SCHEDULE A DELIVERY DATE?

You can add multiple address on your account. In case your order was delivered to the wrong address. Please get in touch with us and have your order number and the correct address ready. We will process your request and get back to you in 2 working days. To schedule a delivery, when your order is confirmed and out for delivery, you will receive an email notification from DHL. On this email you will find a link that will allow you to modify your delivery options.

WILL YOU SHIP TO QATAR OR SAUDI ARABIA IF I DON’T PROVIDE A VALID ID?

Unfortunately a customs regulation for Qatar and Saudi Arabia require that we provide a valid personal ID for your shipment. Accepted photo identification documents include:

  • Passport
  • Driver's License
  • Qatar ID

If you fail to provide this documentation we won’t be able to ship your order to you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a free return policy which allows you to return delivered items to us up to 14 days without any charge. Items must be unworn, unused, in the original packaging with the tags still attached, for swimwear protective foil must be intact. Please note that the following items cannot be returned: socks, underwear, beauty products, water bottles and final sale items. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

We offer a free return policy which allows you to return delivered items to us up to 14 days from the date you’ve received your order without any charge.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 30 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Final Sale and Extra % on Sale products can only be exchanged free of charge within 14 days from the day you’ve received the order.

Final Sale and Extra % on Sale products are not refundable.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Having an account is not strictly required, you can place an order and checkout as a guest. However having an account will allow you to save you favorite items, track orders, view your purchase history, save your address and card details for a fast checkout. You will also be notified about upcoming new drops and sales.

HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?

To reset your password, follow the 'Forgot Password?' instructions on the SIGN IN pop up. We'll then send you an email so you can create a new password and go back to shopping.

Yes, if an item is sold out you can submit a notification request on the product page. We will notify you by email when the product in the color and size requested is back in stock.
