Cancelling an item is possible before the order is out for delivery. Please submit your cancellation to support@tribe71.com and we will process the cancellation as soon as possible. In the case that the order is out for delivery you can always return the items.

In the case of a wrong/faulty item or an incomplete order, please get in contact with us. We will collect the order and deliver the correct one. Collection is complementary.

We offer free shipping worldwide depending on your cart value. The order value thresholds and delivery charges are summarized in the table below.

For customers in the UAE, we offer next day delivery for orders placed before 3 pm Dubai time.

For customers in the GCC countries our deliveries are: 1-2 days subject to custom clearance.

For international we offer express delivery: 2-3 days subject to custom clearance.

You can add multiple address on your account. In case your order was delivered to the wrong address. Please get in touch with us and have your order number and the correct address ready. We will process your request and get back to you in 2 working days.

To schedule a delivery, when your order is confirmed and out for delivery, you will receive an email notification from DHL. On this email you will find a link that will allow you to modify your delivery options.

Unfortunately a customs regulation for Qatar and Saudi Arabia require that we provide a valid personal ID for your shipment. Accepted photo identification documents include:
o Passport
o Driver's license
o Qatar ID

If you fail to provide this documentation we won’t be able to ship your order to you.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a free return policy which allows you to return delivered items to us up to 14 days without any charge. Items must be unworn, unused, in the original packaging with the tags still attached, for swimwear the protective sticker needs to be still in place. Please note that the following items cannot be returned: socks, underwear, beauty products. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

You have 14 days from the date you’ve received your order to submit a return request. To proceed a return, please send us an email to support@tribe71.com with the item you want to return and the reason why you are returning it. When we receive the items we will evaluate and if approved, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 30 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Payments

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards and Apple pay. For UAE and Saudi Arabia, we offer free-interest installments payment with Tabby.

You can change the country/region and currency on our top menu on the left side.

Our website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and protect the data you send us over the internet. If SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out more information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

Some reasons are that the information provided is not matching the card, or that your card has insufficient funds. In these cases, you will see an instant message on your order review screen. If the error persists, please contact your bank to see if there's an issue with your card.

My account

Having an account is not strictly required, you can place an order and checkout as a guest. However having an account will allow you to save you favorite items, track orders, view your purchase history, save your address and card details for a fast checkout. You will also be notified about upcoming new drops and sales.

To reset your password, follow the 'Forgot Password?' instructions on the SIGN IN pop up. We'll then send you an email so you can create a new password and go back to shopping.

For the time being we do not offer gift cards.

Yes, if an item is sold out you can submit a notification request on the product page. We will notify you by email when the product in the color and size requested is back in stock.

You can unsubscribe and stop receiving notifications about our new drops and sales by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button and the bottom of our emails.
