SHIPPING

We offer free shipping in the UAE and GCC depending on your cart value.

Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.

For customers in Dubai, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 pm and next-day delivery for orders placed after 2 pm local time. For customers in other emirates the delivery is arranged the next day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

For customers in the GCC countries our deliveries are 1-2 days subject to custom clearance via DHL Express.

For international we offer express delivery: 2-3 days subject to custom clearance via DHL Express.

RETURNS

We offer a free return policy in the UAE and GCC which allows you to return delivered items to us up to 14 days from the date you've received your order without any charge.

  • *Final Sale and Extra% on Sale products are not eligible for refund
  • *Exchange option is not available for international orders.
  • *International returns have a service fee of USD 35 that will be deducted from the final amount of refund
  • *Delivery fees are not refundable
  • *First refund or exchange is processed free of charge. For subsequent changes on the same order we apply a fee of AED 15.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Most of our products are eligible for return. Items must be unworn, unused, in the original packaging with the tags still attached, for swimwear protective foil must be intactPlease note that the following items cannot be returned: socks, underwear, water bottles and final sale items. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If the product received is the wrong item, damaged or defective product please get in contact with us. We will collect the order and re-deliver the correct or replacement product. Collection and delivery is free of charge.

Products are damaged or defective if they are received damaged or when a manufacturing fault occurs within two (2) weeks of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be damaged or defective. 

REFUND PROCESS 

  • You have 14 days from the date you’ve received your order to submit a return request. To proceed a return, please request a refund directly through the following link: https://account.tribe71.com.
Alternatively, please send us an email to support@tribe71.com with the item you want to return and the reason why you are returning it. 
  • Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 30 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. COD orders paid in cash are refundable via store credit.
  • International returns have a service fee of USD 35 that will be deducted from the final amount of refund.
  • Final Sale products can only be exchanged* free of charge within 7 days from the day you’ve received the order.
  • Extra % on Sale products are not eligible for refund but size exchange only.
  • Final Sale products are not refundable in cash.
  • First refund or exchange is processed free of charge. For subsequent changes on the same order we apply a fee of AED 15.

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL)

  • Customs/import duties are applied to the majority of shipments once the package arrives in its destination country. Charges may vary from one country to another.
  • We regret that we have no control over these charges, and you will be liable for them once your package arrives in your country.
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once charged. We will have to subtract that fee from your refund if you refuse delivery, as the courier would already have paid the charge on your behalf.
  • Our courier partner may request to you present certain documents (e.g., National ID, Tax ID, or NOC letters) in order to complete and clear the customs department's requirements.
