SHIPPING

We offer free shipping within the UAE, depending on your cart value.

  • Dubai: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM; next-day delivery for orders placed after 2 PM (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Rest of the UAE: Next-day delivery (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • GCC & International: Express delivery within 2–3 days via DHL Express, subject to customs clearance.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our return and exchange policy is valid only for customers in the UAE, allowing returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange (as marked on the product page).
  • International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • A return fee of AED 35 applies only if you return your entire order, or for subsequent changes on the same order.
  • For large order returns, a flat fee of AED 50 applies.

REFUND PROCESS

To request a return or exchange, you can:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and processed within 10 to 30 days, depending on your bank. Cash-on-delivery orders are refundable via store credit.

REFUND OPTIONS

  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders are refundable via store credit
  • If paid via Tabby or Tamara, the refund will be processed according to their respective terms and conditions

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Most items are eligible for return if they are: unworn and unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. For swimwear: hygiene sticker must be intact.

Non-returnable items include: underwear, socks, water bottles, and Final Sale items. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange collection and re-deliver the correct or replacement item free of charge.

Items are considered damaged if they arrive broken or faulty or if a manufacturing defect appears within 1 month of purchase. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

Customs or import duties may apply to most international shipments once the package arrives in the destination country. These charges vary by country and are beyond our control.

You will be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees upon arrival of your package.

Please note: Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. Our courier partner may request additional documents (e.g. National ID, Tax ID, or NOC letters) to complete customs clearance. To avoid delays or unexpected charges, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
