01 · Shipping

Where we ship, how fast.

We ship from Dubai to the UAE same- or next-day, to the GCC and worldwide via DHL Express. UAE shipping is a flat AED 25; free in Dubai for orders AED 500 and above.

02 · Returns & exchanges

14 days, UAE only.

If something doesn't work, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange it. Returns and exchanges are available for customers in the UAE only.

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange — clearly marked on the product page before you check out.
  • International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return fee: AED 35 per return, or for subsequent changes on the same order.
  • Large returns (4 or more items): a flat fee of AED 100 applies.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically take 10–30 days to land, depending on your bank.

Refund options

  • Card payments — full refund to the original payment method.
  • Cash on delivery — refunded as store credit.
  • Tabby or Tamara — refund processed according to their respective terms and conditions.
04 · Non-returnable items

A few exceptions.

To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. For swimwear, the hygiene sticker must be intact.

The following items can't be returned:

  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Water bottles
  • Final Sale items (marked on the product page)

Heads up — returns that don't meet our policy will be sent back to you at your cost.

05 · Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives wrong.

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp or by email. We'll arrange collection and re-deliver the correct or replacement item — free of charge.

Items are considered damaged if they arrive broken or faulty, or if a manufacturing defect appears within one month of purchase. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.

06 · Customs & duties

International orders.

Customs or import duties may apply to international shipments once the package arrives in the destination country. These charges vary by country and are beyond our control.

  • You'll be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees on arrival.
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
  • Our courier partner may request additional documents (National ID, Tax ID, NOC letters) to clear customs.
  • We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order, to avoid delays or surprise charges.
