This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, processed, used, and shared by Tribe71 FZCO, having its registered address at BCB2 415-SD01, Fourth Floor, Dubai CommerCity, United Arab Emirates  (“we”, “us” and “our”) when a user ("you" and "your") visits or makes a purchase from www.tribe71.com (the “Site”).

This Privacy Policy is supplementary to the Terms of Service, and is incorporated into the Terms of Service by this reference.

This Privacy Policy has been prepared in order to be compliant with all applicable data protection laws and best international practices. If you are accessing or using our Site, please be aware that the Site may contain links to third parties' websites. By clicking on such links, you may be transferred to these third parties' website. We use service providers (Stripe and Checkout) to provide our online payment gateway and your credit/debit cards’ details will be shared with these providers in order to facilitate your online payment.

Finally, we will not share, trade, or sell credit card information or Personal Information (other than for reasons stated above) to any third party.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records which will generally be stored for a minimum period of 1 year.

PROTECTION OF DATA
