Our return and exchange policy is valid only for customers in the UAE, allowing returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
REFUND PROCESS
To request a return or exchange, you can:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Cash-on-delivery orders are refundable via store credit.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Most items are eligible for return if they are: unworn and unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. For swimwear: hygiene sticker must be intact.
Non-returnable items include: underwear, socks, water bottles, and Final Sale items. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery. We will arrange collection and re-deliver the correct or replacement item free of charge.
Items are considered damaged if they arrive broken or faulty or if a manufacturing defect appears within 1 month of purchase. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.
