Refund Policy.

When and what.

Returns and exchanges are available for customers in the UAE only, within 14 days from the date of delivery.

• Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange — marked clearly on the product page before you check out.
• International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return fee: AED 35 per return, or for subsequent changes on the same order.
• Large returns (4 or more items): a flat fee of AED 100 applies.

• Email us at support@tribe71.com with the item and reason for return.

When the money lands.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically take 2 to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank.

• Card payments — full refund to the original card.
• Cash on delivery — refunded as store credit.
• Tabby or Tamara — refund processed according to their respective terms and conditions.

Condition matters.

Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. Swimwear must have the hygiene sticker intact.

These items can't be returned:

• Underwear
• Socks
• Water bottles
• Final Sale items (marked on the product page)
