RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our return and exchange policy is valid only for customers in the UAE, allowing returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange (as marked on the product page).
- International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A return fee of AED 35 applies if you return your order or for subsequent changes on the same order.
- For large order returns (4+ items), a fee of AED 100 applies.
REFUND PROCESS
To request a return or exchange, you can:

- Email us at support@tribe71.com with the item and reason for return.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via store credit.
REFUND OPTIONS
- Full refund to your original payment method.
- Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders are refundable via store credit.
- If paid via Tabby or Tamara, the refund is processed according to their respective terms and conditions.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Most items are eligible for return if they are unworn and unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. For swimwear, the hygiene sticker must be intact.
Non-returnable items include: underwear, socks, water bottles, and Final Sale items. Returns that don't meet our policy will be sent back to you.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery, and we will arrange collection and re-deliver the correct or replacement item free of charge.
Items are considered damaged if they arrive broken or faulty, or if a manufacturing defect appears within one month of purchase. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
Customs or import duties may apply to international shipments once the package arrives in the destination country. These charges vary by country and are beyond our control. You are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees on arrival, and these charges are non-refundable.
