What can I return, and is there a fee?

Our return and exchange policy is valid only for customers in the UAE, allowing returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange (as marked on the product page).
  • International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • A return fee of AED 35 applies per order, or for subsequent changes on the same order.
  • For large returns (4+ items), a fee of AED 100 applies.
Can I exchange an item?

Yes — exchanges are processed through the same returns portal. Start a return, and in the notes field simply tell us the size or item you'd like instead. We'll arrange the swap and get the new piece on its way to you.

How and when will I get my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via store credit. If you paid with Tabby or Tamara, the refund follows their respective terms.

Which items can't be returned?

Most items are eligible if they're unworn and unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. For swimwear, the hygiene sticker must be intact.

Non-returnable items include: underwear, socks, water bottles, and Final Sale items. Returns that don't meet our policy will be sent back to you.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery, and we'll arrange collection and re-deliver the correct or replacement item free of charge.

Items are considered damaged if they arrive broken or faulty, or if a manufacturing defect appears within one month of purchase. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.

Will I be charged customs or duties?

Customs or import duties may apply to international shipments once the package arrives in the destination country. These charges vary by country and are beyond our control.

You're responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees on arrival, and these charges are non-refundable. Our courier may request additional documents (e.g. National ID, Tax ID) to complete clearance.
