Been using my mobot for 2 years now. I always bring it to the gym with me and roll out before and after my workouts. the Foam roller is the good kind not the soft, weak foam rollers your gym might have. It can get deep into your tissues. I look the flippable straw, it allows me to easily sip on water during my rest periods between sets during my workouts. Overall, MOBOT is a great water bottle.
The MOBOT is quite larger than I expected but is perfect for me when I go to the gym or have rehearsals. The foam roller is the best part of it. I use it to warm up, after a long day of rehearsal and the day after a performance. Its the best way to stay hydrated and keep your body feeling great.
